We work on a direct debit basis through GOCARDLESS. The Direct Debit system automatically takes our agreed payment 5 -7 days after our team have been at your property. It is a secure and protected system, not so different to Paypal.

After we have cleaned your property we will notify you by text or email to let you know the amount payable. This will always be sent before any deduction is made from your account.

We have found that this is the quickest and easiest way to keep on top of your bills, as you don’t have to be in when we come to clean the exterior of your property. Not only that but the benefits to us as window cleaners is substantial too and we don’t feel the need to make out the benefits of this system are solely beneficial to just our customers. As window cleaners, we’re now able to be paid for all jobs on time, have wage structures and most importantly spend collection evenings at home with our families. Wed like to think it was a mutually beneficial arrangement.
